I made an order and would like to cancel it. What can I do? 

Due to the high number of orders we get each day, our ordering and fulfillment processes are automated.

Any orders made are forwarded and processed by our supplier almost in real-time and at a certain cost per unit that we can not claw back. Therefore we can only accept order cancellations if they were done within 1 hour of submitting the order.  To cancel your order you need to contact us by email at support@rosalight.com. You can still return the items to us within 90 days by shipping them back, as outlined in our Refund & Return policy, in which case we will issue a refund.

Do not panic in case we do not answer your request immediately. We have a separate team who scans through our inbox for such urgent requests, however, they only initiate the necessary internal steps (if still possible) and do not handle external communication, which is handled by our Customer Support team according to our usual turnaround times
